About Me
I have two main passions: rocks and art!
My love for rocks led me to become a professional geologist, while my love for art pushed me to explore a wide variety of creative mediums. But it wasn’t until I discovered the twisted world of wire in 2020 that I finally found a way to combine both passions into one.
I’m a self-taught wire artist, constantly experimenting with new techniques to bring unique textures and depth to my work. Right now, my focus is on wire-wrapping and Viking knit. I mostly work with copper because I adore its vintage look—it feels warm and comforting, like rich dark chocolate.
As a rockhound, I naturally gravitate toward using natural stones in my designs. Still, I believe creativity should never be limited by rules. Whether I’m crafting a simple patterned bracelet or an intricate creature adorned with beads and cabochons, each piece evolves straight from my imagination.
Mentoring has been a part of my life since I was young, and it’s a skill I’ve carried into my workshops. I love teaching others how to work with wire, sharing the personal tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way to help them create their own beautiful pieces.
