Join SSAC Member Artist, Daina Schreiber, at this drop-in class and create a unique and useful Hummingbird Swing.

To encourage your local hummingbirds to visit longer than for a quick drink, they need somewhere to sit and relax their wings for a while. This hummingbird swing is a great compliment to your hummingbird feeder and will be welcoming to all of your local hummingbirds.

This swing will be made from corkscrew hazel twigs (which hummingbirds love to perch on) and copper wire. You will be able to decorate your swing with a variety of beads and additional wire.

No experience is required.

Participants will be supplied with all of the materials and tools needed to complete this project.

Come join me on July 15 between 10:30am and 2pm to make your own hummingbird swing. This is a drop-in class, so no pre-registration is required.
